I’m a powerful Channel for Spirit, Cosmic Beings, and passed loved ones, here to bridge the seen and unseen realms. As a Spiritual Mentor, Reiki Sound Healer, and Founder of Awakened Certification, I guide women to develop their channeling abilities, step fully into who they are, and build lives (and businesses) that are aligned with their soul — not their conditioning.
Think: grounded spirituality, cosmic-level guidance, and a whole lot of permission to be spiritual AF.
Here’s the truth…My gifts didn’t turn on overnight — I was born with them.
I grew up the youngest of four in a Catholic household, in a home that was… let’s just say very spiritually active. My “imaginary friends”? They were actually my spirit guides. I could see, feel, and know things I had no language for.
But being the youngest — and being told that what I was experiencing wasn’t real (or worse, that it was wrong) — taught me early on to doubt myself.
By middle school, I was deep into all things mystical (The Craft, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, séances with friends — the whole vibe). And then, everything changed.
That same year, my oldest sister Sarah passed away, which I convinced myself was to save me from the evil I had been participating in (really it was just silly séances which weren’t bad at all!). I was bullied in school. My best friend moved away. And somewhere in the middle of all that grief, fear, and confusion, I became convinced that my gifts were dangerous — or even evil.
So I did what so many intuitive women do.
I shut them down.
I hid in the spiritual closet.
And I lived that way well into my 30s.
Even when you hide your gifts… they don’t disappear.
Don’t get me wrong — my intuition never fully went quiet. I still received messages. I still knew things. But I minimized it. Rationalized it. Downplayed it.
Until 2020.
That’s when my spirit team finally said, enough.
I experienced a full-blown spiritual awakening — the kind where things go bump in the middle of the day and you can feel you’re never alone (because you’re not). My guides made it clear: I wasn’t allowed to stay hidden anymore.
They were ready for me to step into my role as a spiritual light leader.
And thankfully, they also lined up the right mentors, programs, and initiations to support me.
What started as Reiki quickly expanded into channeling, the Akashic Records (a realm beyond the cosmos where all lifetimes live), and eventually into the work I do today.
I don’t just channel — I teach you how to trust yourself.
Alongside my spiritual training, I grounded my work in evidence-based transformation.
I’m an ICF ACC internationally board-certified Life & Success Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, Master TIME Technique Practitioner, EFT Practitioner, Master Hypnosis Practitioner, Breathwork Practitioner, Holy Fire Karuna Reiki Master & Teacher, Akashic Records Certified (with my own modality, Reiki in the Records), and an Awakened Bliss Codes Practitioner.

In 2025, I launched my podcast PJs & Prosecco — where modern spirituality meets real conversation.
I’ve helped hundreds of women globally uncover, trust, and embody their unique gifts as channels.
And personally?
I live in my dream city — Chicago — in my dream condo, travel in luxury (always somehow getting upgraded), chase sunsets, sip great wine, and share my life with my two rescue pugs, Finley & Honey.
This work didn’t take anything from me — it gave me myself back.
My mission is simple — and powerful.
